Over the years Go Folkestone has set out to achieve many goals and projects.

Go Folkestone has achieved the following projects among others:

  • The statutory listing, or the partial saving by threatening listing etc, of the Bathurst Pillar, The Leas Pavilion, Eversley College, The Royal Victoria Hospital, The Weston Fountain, Coolinge Cottages, the Stade phone box and with others but crucially, beach huts 1-25 on the promenade.
  • The two Leas heritage boards on the Folkestone Town Trail (2017) and one at Radnor Park (2022).
  • The restoration of Sir Jeffery Hudson’s statue.
  • The superior blue Plaque to the Revd David Railton in Millfield.
  • The Morehall ‘Elephants’ Mural.
  • With others, but crucially, the Plimsoll Mural in the Harbour (2022).
