This two hour workshop will focus on core fitness, hula hoop tricks, and choreography and transition. Expect to sweat and have fun! If you have ever been curious to learn about the art of circus and the various styles of hula hooping in a safe playful environment, this workshop is for you.

About the Teacher
Symoné is a queer alt-circus performer and performance artist, Guinness World Record holder, and new resident to Folkestone! She has performed across the U.K. and globe with clients such as Machel Montano, Sun Ra’s Arkestra, Peaches, Jon Hopkins, and Kate Nash. As a self-taught hula hooper, her primary focus as a teacher is to help inspire students who may not have had access to circus or dance growing up, to feel confident and strong!
